Replacement Policy
1. Product with quality problems/permanent defects (Non-human factors or irresistible external damages) can be replaced within "7 days", of your parcel's received date.
2. Maxplus will not replace any defective products caused by avoidable human factors.
3. Our quality-control specialist will provide a final evaluation in determining human or irresistible factors causing the product defection.
4. If your product is defected, please contact us and send us your Supporting Pictures, Product Serial Number and Description of defected
area to service@maxplus.com.tw .We will be more than happy to assist you.
5. Please keep your original package along with your receipt for replacement.
